| The Cougars
will conduct this year's annual time trial in
conjunction with the Lewis-Palmer Scrimmage. This
is the second straight year that Coronado has
participated with the other eight schools at the Palmer Lake site. The
events start and finish at the Palmer Lake Recreation
Area in Palmer Lake. The 5K run circles the lake once
and then heads east on the Santa Fe Trail for a mile out
and a mile back and finishes back at
the lake. Coronado will use this time trial to
determine our varsity teams at the year's first official
competition in Littleton the following Friday.
The bus will leave Coronado at 6:15 Saturday morning.
Don't be late!
Parents are welcome to transport their student athletes
in lieu of taking the bus. It can be chilly when we arrive so
make sure to come prepared with warmer clothes.
Also bring sunscreen, insect repellant and racing shoes
(if applicable). |
